TMR provides close working relationships through understanding the needs of our clients and delivering the highest quality of service to our prestigious clients. We are seeking a recruitment administrator for a short term position to provide additional support to our busy Luton office

Your role

  • Answering telephones in a friendly and professional manner
  • Acting as the front face of the business for contract staff and clients alike
  • Dealing with day to day enquiries & queries
  • Completing contract staff files ensuring our compliance process is completed
  • Using our internal business management system
  • Confirming appointments for contract staff
  • Working to targets and deadlines
  • Working with a focused team of individuals
  • Confirming hours worked for payroll processing
  • Administering our payroll process at branch level
  • Supporting the business by following relevant policies and procedures

You will have a background in a similar role and be available for an immediate start. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
