We are looking for that unique individual who considers themselves to be hardworking career focused and wanting a to progress within a fast-moving business environment.

You should be persistent and outgoing with a keen eye for detail and at least 2 years’ experience within a recruitment consultant role.

The position we are recruiting internally is:

  • Consultant – Driving Recruitment, with the opportunity to progress to Manager, Area Manager, Regional Manager and beyond.
  • Hours of work 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
  • 42.5hours per week.
  • Salary up to £18k – £25k depending on experience, plus monthly on target bonus package (up to £35K OTE)
  • Car allowance on achieving target.
  • Plus, additional incentives.

This is a fast-moving industry and requires people who are capable and competent, good as working individually or as part of a team.

The work involves:

360° driving recruitment consultant, establishing a new desk, building and developing new and existing relationships with clients and workers, sourcing onboarding and placing candidates with clients to meet the needs of their business, enhancing the expanding team by delivering to the highest standards, building and growing the candidate base, manage day to day compliance to the required standards, ensuring KPI’s are met, proactively identifying and solving problems to meet the needs of the business and client.
